Returns Defective merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange for item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of original purchase date. Defective merchandise is defined as a product that is non-working or defective upon arrival. Any returned item that has been clearly used or installed will not be eligible for a return. Any order that is received but is not what was orgininally ordered may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for the proper item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.
